Reflections:
The concept from "Cosmic Genesis" is taken to it's extent with the un-orthodox record "Visions From The Sprial Generator". For the first time, the band doesen't use programmed drums, but let Borknagar member Asgeir Mickelson handle the drums. The legendary bass-player Steve DiGeorgi (Death/Sadus) also does session work here. In my opinion, this is the weakest Vintersorg release up to date, although not being bad at all. It's just a bit weaker compared to other releases. Personal highlights are; "Vem Styr Symmetrin?", "Universums Dunkla Alfabet", "Spegelsfa"ren", "The Explorer" and "A Star-Guarded Coronation".
